Where have we been?

Computer has a virus...and therefore is being worked on. It is slow as molasses! So we've been MIA. Trying to do posts from the phone is a bit much, so we are just taking this time to enjoy not sitting in front of the computer while this little munchkin is scurrying around!

Date night

Last Wednesday we went on a date! Was a huge reminder of:
A.) how important dates are for me to feel connected and in tune with Tay
B.) how fun they are

We were Christmassy!
We walked around Lenox and Phipps all decorated and full of Christmas buzz (although we were there before the frenzies because, you know, we started our date at 5pm:). We browsed stores and found Daye's first Christmas ornament. Though not your typical "my first Christmas 2011" ball. We bought a pair of pink ballet slippers that she can pull off the bottom of the tree when she's "working".
We also found her a cute stocking to join ours on the mantle. I love it!

Then we ate at Panera. The Frontega chicken sandwich is my favorite sandwich second to F2O's salmon panini. So that was delicious! And Lenox has a great side eating area for panera diners which makes you feel like you're not in a mall.

Then we mozied over to Phipps to go see Happy Feet 2! Yes it was a child's movie. Yes it started at 6:40. Yes we were smiling an tapping our feet the whole time. And yes we were home from or date by 8:30!

weekend with the grans

Hey! It's been a while! 

My mom has been paying a lot more attention to me and not in front of her computer

But, she'll try and catch you up. Well, hey, she's already trying. These pictures so far - from a long weekend ago when she went with the grannies to get Christmas trees! 

It was a super reunion and a Christmas Joy Filled weekend with bonfires, trees, lots of food and great stories of life.

I got to hang out with my Bots while Mama and Daddy went to the tree farm! He makes me dance!

And here's Mama and Daddy's tree - its the tiniest one they've ever had - since I'm now sleeping in the place they've put their tree in the past. But, this one works perfectly!
