wow

Went to the Doctor today for my 39 week appointment! I am sorry if this is too much information with too descriptive words, but, good news: I am dilated 1 cm, 50% effaced and the baby is dropping! Things are moving along "very nicely" said the Dr. They went ahead and scheduled me for another appointment next Thursday, April 7 at 2:30 if she has not come by then! They will do an ultrasound to check everything out and make sure she is still good to stay in the womb environment. If she is, they'll let her, if she is not, they'll move things along: induce. They will for sure not let me go past the 14th. So, this is really happening!!!

I thought that even though I'm not officially at the 10 month mark (yes, you are pregnant for 10 months, fyi!) I should go ahead and take a picture because who knows, she may arrive before I hit the 10 month mark. However, we'll be ok if she doesn't too:) Whatever is best for her! Come when ready, Sweet Pea!

And I have to share this sweet poem from a dear friend who has been such an encouragement to me in this whole process. There have been so many people who have shared the excitement, the prayers, the anticipation - it's all been more than I could have asked. Thank you from my heart!
