Want to try?

I've mentioned it before
And I'm sure some of you have read it
But I can't shake it . . .
The taste of the life I am getting to live

The perspective I am gaining
the abundance that keeps coming
I don't want it to be shaken
And I want to include you.

Would you like to give it a try?
You don't have to do 1000 just yet,
just one thing a day.
Just one step at a time?

And to look at it through this lens
Can you imagine?
His Goodness and Mercy
chasing after you

Dear Jesus
how can you be so good?
Hold my gaze,
please.

. . .

Surely His goodness and mercy will follow me all the days of my life. And I will dwell in the house of the Lord forever. Psalm 23:6

Today I am thankful for rain and for His promises always being fulfilled . . . every single one of them! Joshua 21:45, "Not one of all the Lord's good promises failed; every one was fulfilled!"

What is one thing, just one thing you are thankful for today? It doesn't have to be deep. A few days ago mine was, "Today I am thankful for a new hobby of sewing."

Give it a try . . . just one thing.
List it in the comments
or in your own journal
or text it to a friend
or tweet it
or say it out loud

and for a smile I'll include some endorphin releasers:

  1. I'm thankful for new mornings and fresh mercies and hot coffee and young children who so quickly forget each of your parenting mistakes.

    Ooops that was four...

    1. I love it!
I love most that it was so seamless to be thankful for four things :)
Thanks for sharing and for forging the road of parenthood ahead of me
